Delivery times and delivery restrictions

Maximum delivery times:

The maximum delivery time within Germany for advance payment (e.g. bank transfer, Paypal, etc.) is 4 working days (excluding Sundays and nationally recognized holidays) after the buyer has issued the payment order to the transferring credit institution. If cash on delivery or purchase on account is offered, the maximum delivery time is 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after conclusion of the contract.
The maximum delivery time to the other countries that can be selected during the ordering process is 10 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment in advance (e.g. bank transfer, Paypal, etc.) after the buyer has issued the payment order to the transferring credit institution. If cash on delivery or purchase on account is offered as a payment option, the maximum delivery time is 7 working days (excluding Sundays and nationally recognized holidays) after conclusion of the contract.
Delivery times for custom-made products will be agreed separately with the buyer.

Delivery restrictions:

We only deliver to the countries that can be selected in the ordering process. Delivery to other countries is excluded. Delivery to German islands is excluded. However, if you specifically require delivery to the islands, please contact us using our contact form. We will then inform you of the additional shipping costs incurred due to the island surcharge.
